LED high bay light is applicated in mine lighting

A kind of energy saving, environmental protection, harmless, long life, low thermal, seismic, high color purity of the fourth generation of new light source -- LED high bay light arises, is  gradually widely used in life,  in factory and mine will have broad application prospects.

In the past ,mine lighting is an important part of mining machinery industry, old-fashioned miner's lamp, such as incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp and high pressure sodium lamp, not only consume, and lamp life is short, light emitting area is small, uneven illumination.Especially more old-fashioned miner's lamp as the heat source, use undeserved cause mine gas explosion, serious damage to the mine safety production.

 

Incandescent lamps, halogen tungsten lighting effect only 12 ~ 24 lm/W, fluorescent lamp is 50 ~ 70 lm/W, sodium lamp is 90 ~ 110 lm/W, most of the electricity into heat loss. LED high bay light  after improvement will reach up to135 lm/W, and its good monochromaticity, without filtering can be directly emit colored visible light.

Now , we are able to use LED high bay light replace old-fashioned miner's lamp. the advantages of LED high bay light is obviously, both got the same as the old miner's lamp illumination, and less than one third of the incandescent light bulb in electricity consumption,it isn’t leaking, no electricity leakage, and long service life.Therefore, the LED high bay lighting is widely used now, gradually replace old-fashioned miner's lamp.
