Identify the advantages and disadvantages of LED high bay light
Lighting time is long, large energy consumption of industrial lighting, gradually using LED high bay light, all LED lighting manufacturers are basically in industrial lighting field, and LED high bay lighting as the main lighting lamps and lanterns of industrial lighting products , became one of the each manufacturer must be made products.But the problem is quality of the LED high bay light appeared the phenomenon of the good and bad are intermingled.
Divide from the structure of the LED high bay light, can be divided into three main components: LED light source, LED driver, LED heat dissipation.How to distinguish the quality of the LED high bay lighting is good or bad ,we can from the following several aspects:
1, compare the luminous efficiency of LED high bay light, measuring the flux of lamps and lanterns, if lighting (single flux value) more than 130 lm/W belong to product of high photosynthetic efficiency, TEK 100W LED high bay light is 150lm/w.
2, compare the PF value , measuring the PF value ,if between 0.90 ~ 0.96 is best, PF value higher than 0.96 is too high, PF value below 0.9 belong to the poor quality.
3, compare the conversion efficiency ,measuring the actual power of the lamps and lanterns and light source power, conversion efficiency is more than 80% belong to the qualified LED high bay light, less than 80% belong to the inferior products.
4, compare the cooling effect of, heat dissipation is unqualified, can affect the service life of the LED high bay light.
5, IP protection index, if use in dust environmental , humidity, and requires the disposal of the IP protection, otherwise the service life of the LED high bay light will be significantly reduced.
