There are problems before the transformation

Lighting scheme

Lamp modification effect analysis
The average illumination of the workshop was raised from 98lx to 425lx, and illumination increased 3.33 times, after the lighting was modified and the number of lamps remained unchanged.The uniformity of illumination was raised from 0.2 to 0.46, and the worker's visual comfort increased considerably. The color index has been increased from 30 to more than 80, the color is high and the color is more realistic.

Energy saving analysis
With a complete set of lighting scheme, the luminaire power was reduced from 400W to 200W, and the total power of the lamp in the workshop fell to 56KW from 112KW, and decreased by 56KW.
According to the 20-hour daily light bulb, LED high bay light can save 40.88 million degrees of electricity each year, and energy-saving rate is 50 percent.It is understood that the local electricity bill is 0.80 $/ KWH, which saves about $335,000 a year and greatly reduces the cost of electricity.
