There are problems before the transformation
The factory floor lighting originally used 280 sets of 400W traditional gold halogen lamps.The consumption power of gold halogen lamp is high, the illumination is uneven, the light in the workshop is dim, it seriously affects the worker's efficiency and initiative.Not only that, lamps and lanterns have a serious light, the light source life is short, lamps are vulnerable to damage, maintenance is large.

Lighting scheme
To meet the requirements of customers, TEK illuminates the system's lighting scheme.After consideration, the 200W LED high bay light is used to replace the original 400W gold halogen lamp, the installation height is 11m, the number of lamps and lanterns remains unchanged in 280 sets.The TEK 200W LED high bay light, its excellent cooling performance, reasonable optical design and high quality meet the customer's requirement of using the lamp.
TEK 200W LED high bay light using the heat pipe riveting technology, will the heat generated by the light source, through the efficient heat conduction to modularization heat dissipation on the body, quickly reduce light temperature and prolonging the service life of the light source.The pure copper heat tube is combined with the zero distance of the heat source, and the heat transfer from the source of the light source is rapidly transmitted to the modular heat dissipation, which greatly improves the heat conduction effect.
Lamp modification effect analysis
The average illumination of the workshop was raised from 98lx to 425lx, and illumination increased 3.33 times, after the lighting was modified and the number of lamps remained unchanged.The uniformity of illumination was raised from 0.2 to 0.46, and the worker's visual comfort increased considerably. The color index has been increased from 30 to more than 80, the color is high and the color is more realistic.
Not only that, metal halide lamp failure rate over 10% per year, short life of lamps and lanterns (8000 hours), modified LED high bay light failure rate is below 1% per year, over 50000 hours service life, life expectancy increased more than 6 times, lamps and lanterns replacement cost and artificial cost is greatly reduced.
Energy saving analysis
With a complete set of lighting scheme, the luminaire power was reduced from 400W to 200W, and the total power of the lamp in the workshop fell to 56KW from 112KW, and decreased by 56KW.
According to the 20-hour daily light bulb, LED high bay light can save 40.88 million degrees of electricity each year, and energy-saving rate is 50 percent.It is understood that the local electricity bill is 0.80 $/ KWH, which saves about $335,000 a year and greatly reduces the cost of electricity.
