Light stroboscopic time than the human eye visual retention time is fast, so human visual light source is nearly impossible to find in the flashing, however, is induced to the human eye vision cells, this is the reason why cause visual fatigue.

The higher the frequency of the light source, the lower the visual fatigue caused by the frequency flash. We call it the low-frequency flash, and the frequency flash will affect the health of the human eye, which affects the lighting quality also.
